Three Stretches for a Less Stiff Workday

Long workdays often create stiffness because the body stays in one position for too long.

Start with a standing chest opener, then use a seated spinal twist, and finish with a hip flexor stretch. Keep each stretch gentle and never force the range.

The real win is frequency. Set a timer every sixty to ninety minutes and choose short movement breaks you can actually repeat.
