Iron-Rich Foods for Growing Children
By Muthaiah M May 30, 2026 0 comments

Dark leafy greens, legumes including chana and rajma, jaggery, sesame seeds, and fortified cereals are practical plant sources of iron for children. Pairing these with vitamin C sources at the same meal improves absorption significantly.
