Why Vitamin C Alone Is Not Enough for Immunity
By Muthaiah M May 30, 2026 0 comments

High-dose vitamin C supplementation does not prevent colds in the general population. It can reduce the duration of illness slightly in people under physical stress, such as marathon runners or those in very cold environments, but the effect for average adults is small.
